    Welcome to Piccoli Mundo, a virtual store dedicated to selling European children's fashion. These policies, terms, and conditions apply to all purchases made in our virtual store. By making a purchase, you agree to these policies, terms, and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you will not be able to make a purchase in our store.

    We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these policies, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.

  • Prices and Payments

    We accept the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, and PSE.

    Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Once the payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the user.

  • Shipping and Delivery

    Products will be shipped to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the product.

    We make every effort to deliver products within the timeframe indicated in the product description. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service provider.

    The user is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If the package is returned to our store due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the user will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

    If the package is lost during shipping, we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping company.

  • Returns and Refunds

    If the user is not satisfied with their purchase, they may return the product within 5 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in its original packaging. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CUSTOMIZED GARMENTS.

    The user is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund within 10 days.

    Returns will not be accepted for customized products or items that have been used.
